As per The Fire Services Act 1981-2003 and Section 11 of the Safety Health and Welfare at Work Act shall provide appropriate training to employees in relation to the use of Fire Extinguishers in the workplace.

This Fire Extinguisher Training course teaches you about the various types of fire extinguishers that may be present in your workplace and how to use them effectively and safely.

You’ll learn about the hierarchy of fire prevention, about how fires start, and about the various classes of fires, which each require certain types of fire extinguishers to fight. Furthermore, you’ll learn about the importance of assessing the situation to determine whether it’s safe for you to attempt to fight a fire, and you’ll learn about the techniques for effectively and safely using each type of fire extinguisher and demonstrated through a range of illustrations and videos.
